Cuartero House was based on 1920 in Toledo, in the historical street Wood Man 5, next to the Cathedral. Familiar company where there are them, since they are five generations those that come defending the good gastronomy and good wines from our toledana earth and extending it with best products of other zones of Spain.
Our philosophy is to give to our clients the most special products, craftsmen and who normally, they are difficult to find, since we took pains in looking for them without concerning the managements to us that there are to do for being able to obtain them, our work has been recognized by most prestigious specialized publications, (Daily ABC, Gourmet Guide, Newspaper Clean to Him, Peñín Guide, Restauradores, Guide BMW, Better Vinotecas Spanish, and a long etc).
Our warehouse counts with more than three hundred wine references that rest to a constant temperature and to a humidity so that they rest and they do not evolve, it is advised by our own Sumiller (Fernando Cuartero) that is in charge of all the cares and to advise to our clients so that they obtain a perfect maridaje.
We are specialized in Cheeses Iberian craftsmen (elaborated with crude milk), jamones and are inserted, oils, wines, products of hunting, conserves craftswomen, saffron, mazapanes and other sweet craftsmen. Also we counted on a section dedicated to all type of accessories for the consumption and service of the wine like decantadores, glasses, corkscrew, etc.
By all this work and dedication we can say that Cuartero House has become from 1920 a "Gastronomical Cathedral", worthy to be visited, as much as any other monument of this wonderful city, by all those people who approach the Imperial City. |
